Your RM is not just an advisor — they are the person who reviews your report, identifies the problems, prepares dispute documentation, coordinates with banks and bureaus, follows up actively, and keeps you informed throughout.

During and after the consultation, your RM reviews your credit report in detail — identifying every genuine issue including DPD marks, wrong entries, overdue accounts, closed-loan errors, mismatch details, and settlement/written-off status.
After the consultation, your RM prepares a specific action plan — what to dispute, what documentation is needed, what to follow up with the bank or bureau — and begins the resolution process.
Resolution does not stop after the consultation. Your RM follows up with banks and bureaus, escalates where standard processes are not working, and keeps you informed at every stage until the issues are resolved.
