Refunds

If we cannot resolve it, you get your money back.

We publish the full refund position here rather than burying it in terms, so you can see your maximum exposure before you pay anything.

Refund policy

If we cannot resolve your case, you get your money back — less the case handling charge.

The case is either resolved or it is refunded. There is no partial-resolution tier and no part-payment outcome.

When a refund applies

We are unable to resolve the case.
The case is still unresolved after roughly 45 days and you choose not to continue.

There is no fixed deadline for requesting a refund.

How the refund reaches you

Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
Money is returned only to the original source of payment — the same UPI ID or bank account the payment came from.
We accept online payments only. Cash is not accepted.

Where a case cannot be resolved, the refund terms above apply.

No. The Individual plan covers one credit report from one bureau. You choose which one — CIBIL, CRIF High Mark, Equifax, or Experian. The four are the options you pick from, not four reports included in the price. If you need two reports rectified, the Combo plan at Rs 12,999 covers any two.
